Where can the products be shipped?
⚡Express shipping is available only in the US
We ship to: USA, Canada, Mexico, Andorra, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Indonesia, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vietnam.
How long will it take for my products to arrive?
📦For Standard: 1 - 5 Business days
⚡For Express: 1 - 3 Business days (Currently unavailable)
✈️For International: 2 - 5 Business days
Do note that orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfill.
Can I update/change the shipping address?
📍 Changing the delivery address is only possible within the first 12 hours of placing an order.
Once pass that time frame, we are unable to amend the shipping address as the products will be shipped out. Do ensure that you have keyed in your shipping address correctly to avoid any shipping errors.

What's your refunds/replacement policy?
We have a 14-day return/replacement policy, which means any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
